It was great to have the dashboard to keep track of what was happening and what was coming up as well as regular contact with the build team. So far the workmanship seems to be good and any issue have been dealt with promptly. One issue has been my dishwasher was faulty and while it has taken a while to be resolved, Henley has been a great facilitator with this. One thing that would have be good to be included in the information on moving in is some info on looking after the stone bench tops as I found them to mark easily and had knicks out of them. They were fixed in a timely fashion and it was the tradesman who gave me info on looking after them.
