With in-house skills and experience across all the building disciplines. Every home is custom designed and master built. The concept of Chateau Homes was first contemplated by Company Director Malcolm McDonald in November 1969 with the view to providing home buyers with a luxury, custom design alternative to project home building. By April 1970 the company was registered in the name of Chateau Constructions, later to become ‘Chateau Constructions (Aust.) Limited’ and in recent times the additional registration of ‘Chateau Homes’ and ‘Chateau Developments’. Chateau’s success is based on continued commitment to service, quality and innovation, providing both custom individual architectural design solutions together with premium quality construction. This holistic approach ensures that the project from concept to completion is seamless and that optimum value is achieved.
