## About
Paragrid Architecture is an architectural studio established in 1983 by Architect David Springett in the Inner West of Sydney. Our work has included restoration of grand Victorian mansions in conjunction with the Heritage Council of NSW, many new houses and residential extensions, townhouse developments, restoration of Churches and medical surgeries. We like to work with you and your house and what you want and need, rather than dictate a style. We use templates and designs that we know are workable and are economical. We overlay this on your measured plan or we can prepare this drawing for you. Once you are happy we then prepare the drawings and documents for council. Sometimes there are a lot more consultants involved. We have a large team of specialists we can get comparative quotes from and/or we can work with your selected professionals. We specialise in domestic heritage restoration, renovations and additions from initial design to completion. Our team has a diverse range of experience in architecture & design. We've done incredibly small shops in the Strand Arcade to grand mansions in Annandale known as the Witches Houses. Awards and Publications: 2010 Daily Telegraph Heritage Restoration 2009 National Trust Heritage Commendation Award for our work on Highroyd Annandale. 1996 Leichhardt Council Urban Design Competition Highly Commended Cheers, The Paragrid Team
