Megan Chalmers is a highly qualified building designer based in Perth who has over twenty years experience in the architecture industry. Chalmers & Co Design specialise in residential projects from unit developments to single family homes and renovations. Megan works with each client to reach the best design solution for their project, be it big or small, within their budget and time frame. Chalmers & Co Design doesn’t design to a particular style but instead look at all the factors affecting the design of the house including the location, the client's brief, the culture of the clients, how they want to use the spaces and the budget. Megan spends time at the beginning discussing with the client what they really want and need, and pushes them to really think about how they will use a space. From the initial planning stage to walking through the finished project, Chalmers & Co Design makes all the hard work and problems of the construction site, fade away, offering a streamlined start to finish package. Chalmers & Co design prides itself on being as transparent as possible. Clients have the option to be included in correspondence with all parties including consultants and contractors, minutes of meetings etc. Once projects are completed clients become repeat clients and many become friends.
