About MBO Architects

Designing spaces for people to live, work and play. I started MBO Architects to offer an intimate architectural service to Brisbanites who are looking at renovating or extending their existing homes, or designing a new home. I have lived in the inner Brisbane suburbs for over 40 years. I'm incredibly passionate about our city and the unique character of its homes. As an architect I’m fortunate to be able to contribute to the enhancement and restoration of the existing housing stock and the insertion of respectful, modern new homes and additions. My working style is very collaborative. I like to take all interested parties on the journey from design to completion. Forming close relationships with my clients, other consultants and builders to ensure we are all on the same page. This method breeds enthusiasm for the project, and motivates everyone to focus on the best possible outcomes.
