My toilet was leaking. He came to have a look and told me it was also blocked (not that I could tell) and needs to be sealed. He also used me name every 3 words which felt insincere. He quoted me to fix the seal and wrote the quote on his ipad. I asked about unblocking it and he said he can unblock it as well if i wanted him to - i said im not a plumber, but you are the one that said its blocked so i assumed you would need to unblock it. So he added another quote and said he would unblock it. He also told me once he repaired it, the tennants couldnt use the toilet for 24hrs so they had to arrange a hotel and i had to compensate them. He then had me pay over the phone without providing me an invoice and he said he would send one at the end of the day. He asked if i remember what he had quoted me and i said no. I then tranferred him, and then quickly told him i had vauguely remembered what he and quoted and it wasnt that. He then said he would have a look and apologiesed saying I was right and he would payid me the difference. He never provided me an invoice. He never transferred the difference and the next day the tennants reported the toilet was blocked and leaking. Naturally, I didnt want them to come back.

Prompt response, service carried out same day, reasonable quote with costs explained, very polite and courteous. Would definitely contact again for future plumbing jobs.

Top notch service, contacted almost immediately after posting the job and was onsite and completed over the next hour. Alex was honest and a genuinely friendly lad (legend), fixed the blockage in no time. Will definitely be using again for any future plumbing issues.
