I contacted Danny from FridgesRUs on Friday because my Vintec wine fridge was no longer cooling. Danny gave me an indication over the phone of possible issues and approximate cost of repair. He arrived at my home within 2 hours of the initial call and quickly identified the root cause was a faulty thermostat. He had the spare part with him to immediately progress with the repair which was completed in less than 3 hours from my initial phone call! Danny was very friendly and consultative during the whole process. I have no hesitation in recommending Fridges R Us. A very professional and efficient service all round....thank you very much, Danny!

I found the experience very professional from the moment they answered the call to coming out with a couple of hours of the call. The technician was dressed in a clean uniform which helps when walking into a bespoke dealership and fixed the fridge perfectly. Thanks for the great service.
