The annual servicing of my Brivis ducted heater was performed to my entire satisfaction. Jack's a very professional and courteous young tradesman, so the experience was five stars all the way. Full marks.
Jack came out to service my gas heating system. Very professional , explained everything and answered my questions. Would definitely recommend Climate Plus and Jack

The service was performed promptly as arranged at 7am. Efficiently and comprehensively. too.
Isaac was very happy to answer any questions and explained things well. An excellent communicator. Having access to experienced and knowledgeable people like Isaac is the difference that makes Climate+ stand out. I’ll be using them again!
My evaporative cooler had an elusive and intermittent water leak which several service people were unable to detect. However Steve from Climate Plus was able to pinpoint the source of the leak and action has now been taken to fix the problem. Thank you Steve, and job well done.
Jack D from Climate Plus (Canberra) was absolutely fantastic. He took great care of my mum’s heating system (including calmly dealing with a spider that had taken up residence ). Jack was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough, especially in the way he supported my mum, who lives with dementia. Nothing was rushed, everything was clearly explained, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend Climate Plus and Jack D in particular, great service and a great price to top it off.
Kale repaired my air conditioning unit professionally and efficiently. He explained the system, and took photos of the work required and follow up photos on completion. I would highly recommend his services.
Professional and efficient service. Steve and team installed an electric smart water heater in no time, disconnecting and removing an old gas system..Now follow up assistance is being provided to get the Smart system up and working!
What wonderful service we received problem fixed same day, Steve was the gentleman that helped us did excellent repair work for our evaporative cooler recommend to all. Big thank you.
Again we are very pleased with the service that Jack provided us. He is courteous and worked effectively on our evaporator unit. We have asked him for a quote on some electrical work having had a good experience with Climate Plus. Keep up the good service. Thank you.
Kale from Climate Plus turned up at short notice, took care to protect my roof gutters with a gutter guard, quickly identified the issue with my noisy evaporative cooler and replaced the faulty part in the one visit! It was a job well done and Kale was really pleasant to deal with!
Steve did a fantastic job installing new cooler pads, a ball valve on the tap AND patiently explaining to me how to operate the equipment. I now feel more confident in their use.
