Booked an annual service call for our reverse cycle ducted air conditioning system scheduled for 9.15am. 9.03am received a message technician was on their way. Arrived about 10am. Technician located the system and the return duct/filters. Did not inspected anything upstairs. Advised everything was in order and subsequently provided (10.35am) a pro forma report listing items checked, but omitted the test of the cooling supply air temperature check. The report included several photos of various components of the system. The technician was on site for about 30 minutes and the account was for $330!!

Chris arrived on time today 2/04/2025 to service and check on my Braemar gas heater, excellent service Chris was knowledgeable on the system and checked every part thoroughly. Lovely young man who was polite and informative, it was quick, clean and was followed up by if any problems are to appear to contact Climate Plus and they will send somebody. Isaac was really helpful and easy to work with. He gave us great advice about our zoning, did an efficient service on our unit and helped us with a few extras we needed looked up. Really happy, will definitely use Climate Plus/Master again for our next service or future works.

Brodie arrived on time and quickly identified the issue with our evaporative cooling. Needed to pick up part for repair. Came back just after midday and quickly had cooler operative again.

BR was amazing and turned up on time to service our unit. Explained everything to us step by step and cleaned and tested our aircon giving us the all clear to keep using it. Also advised us not to open the outdoor unit because of safety concerns due to high voltage running thru unit. Also gave advice on the indoor unit on how to clean and maintain. Recommended a regular barrel clean to ensure system has max airflow and efficiency. We had only been cleaning the filters. Thank you BR and Climate Plus
