David Dhaval from Go Run Solar came and explained everything nicely about the Jinko solar panels and Goodwe hybrid battery system as per our needs, how it works, and the many benefits to us as the customer. The price was very competitive in comparison to other companies. Their warranty is also great. Hopefully we'll have a ~ $0 electricity bill ! Highly recommend Go Run Solar.
We recently had a solar battery installed by GoRun Solar, including a GoodWe battery with a 15kW inverter, and the overall experience has been excellent from start to finish. David, the sales representative from GoRun Solar, was knowledgeable, transparent, and very easy to deal with. He took the time to explain the system options clearly, answered all our questions, and helped us choose the right setup for our energy needs without any pressure. The installation process was smooth and well‑organised. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the installation to a high standard. Once everything was up and running, they explained the system clearly, and the workmanship was neat and professional. We’re very happy with the performance of the GoodWe battery and 15kW inverter so far and really appreciate the clear communication and support provided by GoRun Solar. I recently had a FoxEss solar battery installed by GoRun Solar, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Dave (Dhaval) and Jay were outstanding. They provided a clear, competitive quote, explained everything in simple terms, and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting. The installation process was smooth, professional, and completed with great attention to detail. Their electrician also did an exceptional job, efficient, tidy, and meticulous throughout the entire setup, ensuring everything was installed safely and correctly. What impressed me even more was their post installation support. Dhaval and Jay stayed in touch, checked in to make sure everything was working as expected, and were always available for any questions. That level of after sales service is rare these days and truly sets them apart. The FoxEss battery itself has been performing exceptionally well. Quick and easy to deal with. The installers were very professional and helpful with the set up. The battery was installed within 2 weeks of us paying the deposit.

Highly recommend Go Run Solar. Was referred from a friend, Jay was fantastic to walk through the options we have and never pushed the sale on us. Their prices are competitive and service was top notch. Even moved dates around to fit us in a weeks notice. The installers (I think BeRight) were courteous and worked around our schedule. They even took out our flat pack cardboards and saved us a skip run when they didn’t need to. Sparky Tom stayed till the end to help us install an EV charger and get it all setup. Can’t thank the whole team enough.
I purchased an inverter from Gorun Solar 18 months ago. I called them today to diagnose a fault after a major storm had caused our solar system to drop out. They arrived the same day and rectified the problem within minutes. I cannot speak highly enough of David and his team. Thank you again for your great service. Initial Consultation: During the planning stage, the team provided detailed guidance on battery storage and inverter options available in the Australian market. They explained differences in capacity, build quality, cost structures, and manufacturer presence/support within Australia, enabling us to make an informed decision. Installation & Commissioning: The installation was completed on schedule and executed with high professionalism. The licensed electrician guided us through shutdown and startup procedures, demonstrated how to activate the backup circuit, and explained error‑handling protocols in case of system failure. Post‑Commissioning Support: At the time of installation, our property did not have a smart meter. David from GO RUN Solar assisted us in raising a request with our electricity retailer and managed the entire smart meter installation process. He also educated us on Virtual Power Plant (VPP) programs, helping us select an option that maximizes the value of our investment while keeping electricity bills under control.

We first used Go Run Solar for our solar panels a few years ago. They have now added solar batteries for us. Great service and price. They have been so helpful during the whole process and setting up the app on our phone. They get back to you straight away every time you call and they take time to help you out.
