Everything is going well with our installation. The team was great, but I would've appreciated it if they had explained the app to me. Overall, though did a great job and were very friendly and helpful. They also found a nail in our roof and fixed it for us without us asking. They spotted the problem for us and fixed it before it could have led to roof problems, which we greatly appreciate.

I had no issues with the install team; they were very friendly and answered all our questions. They arrived early, which was okay, but a heads-up would have been better in case there was no one home. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and no issues.

I am very happy with the install. The boys were really efficient and good at communicating the process. There was a little mess, but it was not that big of an issue to clean up after. Overall, it was a quick and easy process, really pleased.

Young lad knocked on the door, pleasant enough but vague on what was on offer, other than 50 houses on the estate were eligible for some form of promotional offer. Agreed for their salesman ('designer' to use their terminology) to come round the next day and explain more. Salesman came, pleasant enough, but obviously a bit fanciful with some claims ('the battery has a 21 year warranty'), and glossed over my import / export data from current solar panels, giving a very optimistic opinion of the battery eradicating future bills. All going well until I messaged him a couple of days later to ask for his claims in writing before proceeding; I haven't heard anything since, and that was two weeks ago. Waste of everyone's time really.

The installation is working well and generating more than what we use. The team was great, had a small issue on the day, but they were able to sort it out for me, which I really appreciate.

Everything went well with our installation; the boys were absolutely great. They were very informative and explained all the systems to me in detail, which I appreciated. Overall, I am satisfied with the job.

The boys were fabulous, did their job very well, and I am super happy with the product. My daughter has also recently installed Solar Naturally panels, and they seem very reliable. Would highly recommend!

The install team was very on time and arrived around 7:30 am. They were pretty quick and answered all the questions, were very polite, and I am very pleased overall.

The boys were awesome, got along well with them. My son was home with us and was interested in the work. The install team accommodated him and talked him through the process. They also swept up their mess afterwards and left our place tidy! They did a great job and would highly recommend them.

I was approached by a door to door sales person, this person was polite and kind enough and explained the process well. The sales person that came out a little while latter was OK, not great but explained the details well enough. Half of the information they provided to me was just a repeat of what the initial person went through. I was disappointed to not see the "savings" I was meant to get because of being part of a group install. The price was much more than expected but I was willing to pay more for quality. From this point onward it started to get horrible. Every call from the office team to get my install booked the conversation started with the office team calling me the wrong name. As a Transgender person being called my legal name is like starting the conversation with an insult, when a time was finally booked in the install to occur, the installers had to leave without starting the job as they were not prepared for the install due to an error from the sales person had made by not advising them that the garage was detached. Thankfully the installers were nice and used my actual name. I received another call from the office to re-book the install and they called me the wrong name again, Insulting me further. My name was given as my preferred name at the moment of contact and again during the first booking of the install, I was assured that my name had been updated but this was not the case, causing me to be insulted again. When the installers came out a second time they started work and they were polite and professional throughout the process but they were unable to complete the Job leading to a 3rd day needing to be booked. Once another time was booked the installers were able to complete most of the job, the installer was unable to connect the app on completion of the job. I investigated the app myself and was able to get the app installed and working. I wanted to confirm that the settings I had picked were correct, I was told by the office staff that they could not help and that a technician had to come to the house. A day was booked for a technician to come to the house. The time was booked was for 10am, they came to my house at 8.30am the technician confirmed the settings and left. This could have been done with a simple phone call and they did not require access to my house. As a shift worker doing mostly nights this whole process has caused my quite a bit of irritation by being tired for weeks on end due to having to be awake so early in the morning so many time. Especially when there was no need for the inconvenience two call outs were completely unnecessary, the first call out where nothing happened and the technician not needing to come to my home. I've also found it irritating that I was not able to contact relevant staff for example If I was able to speak to a technician I would have been able to confirm the settings without the unnecessary visit to my home along with interrupting my work/life balance again for no reason or benefit. Very briefly, by the office staff i was poorly treated and shown little consideration for me, but thankfully the installers did a great job. Even though the cost was high for the size of the system installed

Boys were absolutely wicked and great at their job. They were so informative but laid back at the same time, which I appreciated as it was comfortable to talk to them. They were very professional and accommodating and got the job done well! Would highly recommend.

The boys were good; they are coming back to fix the battery, which I appreciate. They were very friendly and helped you with questions, very respectful, and polite.

The installation team was absolutely wonderful. I have requested 2 sets of batteries from Solar Naturally. Both times, the boys were so great, neat, tidy, and polite. Very good and easy to work with! Would highly recommend them.
