Please stop advertising us as a happy customer. We are not happy with the Solar Junction team who told us that the system we purchased was compatible for a Battery connection we found out this is not true. I am so angry if I had known the system wasn’t compatible I definitely would not have purchased it.

Impressed with my solar/battery installation. The entire team at solar junction coordinated this well. June ex sales has been very helpful throughout the process.
Everything went smoothly and installation went very well. Solar Junction were professional and raliable to deal with. Slight negative that the intended panel configuration was changed due to roof screw width suiting a horizontal layout rather than a vertical layout as originally planned.

Utterly disgraceful service, avoid Solar Junction at all costs. This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve had with any company. I received a quote (Quote #SJ117796) from Marvin in September 2025 and paid a deposit for an October 2025 installation. From that point on, it has been nothing but delays, excuses, and eventually complete silence. Here’s how it played out: * Initially told installation couldn’t proceed because the driveway wasn’t complete * Once the driveway was done, the excuse changed to “holiday period” and no available installation slots * In January 2026, they suddenly claimed the building was too high and required scaffolding, something that should have been identified upfront After being reassured by Marvin that installation could proceed with scaffolding, I arranged and paid for it in March, only for them to completely disappear. No calls returned. No emails answered. Nothing. At this point, it feels less like incompetence and more like a complete disregard for customers once they’ve taken your money. Dealing with Marvin and Patrick has been a waste of time, zero accountability, zero communication, and no intention of following through. Taking a deposit and then ghosting a customer after months of delays is unacceptable. This company is either severely disorganised or simply doesn’t care once they’ve got your payment. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from Solar Junction.
20kw battery installed. Installation team were friendly and knowledgeable and did a good clean job. Took time to explain and set up app for me. Took a while for installation to happen since purchase agreement but worth the wait for the very competitive price.

Solar Junction were excellent great price and great product. Mia was great at getting all the info, designing the system and providing sales assistance. Glen was excellent with the install team. The system was installed on the specified date and is very clean and neat. The install contract Richard, Steve and his roof team were so good to deal with.The system has saved us a lot of $ over the last few days since install.... highly recommended.

Communication was fairly good throughout the process. However, there was a significant delay with the installation, I was initially told it would be done in January, but it wasn’t completed until the end of March. That said, the workers did a great job; their workmanship was solid, and they made sure to clean up thoroughly after the installation.
