We had a situation that wasn’t straightforward, and Callum accommodated us whilst other builders turned us away. He handled it with great professionalism and expertise. He was responsive, and worked through the complexities to find practical solutions. The guidance made a stressful process much easier. I highly recommend their services.

B1 is really good company and I recommend you to come in and check them how they are doing specially Mrs Maricelle ,she is such a nice and professional ,she helped me a lot to start my first home to build with B1 cause it’s very nice and have great staff members .always they help and guide you through the Building process of my dream home .

Sarah has always been very responsive and attentive. We experienced a few setbacks with the council, and she was always willing to clarify the stages and expected processing timeframes. This made a significant difference and helped ease the anxiety that naturally comes with building a home. During the selections process, she was extremely supportive. She listened carefully to my ideas, offered thoughtful suggestions, and was friendly and understanding throughout. She respected all of my questions and always took the time to answer them, no matter how small or simple they may have seemed. Overall, my experience has been extremely positive. We are currently in the pre-construction phase, and so far I have been very well supported by all the consultants I have dealt with.
