We had this company out a while ago to install some privacy screens and the whole experience was flawless. Right from the initial contact we could just tell they knew what they were doing and explained everything so clearly it was like we were contractors ourselves! The work started on time and more importantly finished on time as we were working to a deadline. The finished product was exactly as we hoped it would be and everyone comments on how great it looks! We have just had a pool installed so wanted some glass fencing so called big T's fencing again without hesitation and this time was just like our previous experience. We had our measurements so just gave them over the phone and to our surprise the price given over the phone was the actual price we paid, no shocks or surprises! We are very happy with our finished balustrade. We went for a glass finish with feet at the bottom after discussing the different options and it looks amazing. Very easy to deal with and like the other review we agree that these guys are very professional & courteous.
