The quote from depot to our job was one and a half hours ,which equates to apprpxamately $350 . The time by car is less than half an hour? When i questioned the time i was given numerous excuses . The manager was to call but never bothered ? Consider useing a Company that charges per hour once at the job . We now have a removalist that is lesss expensive with excellewnt reviews .
Gabriel and Andre were excellent in their communication and moving skills. They were very careful with every piece of furniture. Moving from a four bedroom house in Redlands to a four bedroom house in Ipswich. From start to finish communication was excellent, they were prompt, no hidden costs, very reasonable, would use their service again.
We had our boxes opened and a number of boxes stolen from Brisk Employees whilst our property was in storage. When mentioned on Social media their solution was to block and ignore. Still awaiting our insurance claim almost 10 month later. This company clearly employs criminals that steal from clients. Do not trust them with your property. It’s not worth it. They certainly haven’t heard the last from me. I promise you that. This company should be shut down and investigated for criminal behavior contributing to our substantial losses.
Andrew and Cory did an exceptional job, they both were articulate and friendly. They both removed our belongings and packed it in the container with efficiency. I recommend brisk transport for anyone that is moving interstate .
We recently moved with Brisk Removalists, and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Lachy and Blake were fantastic from start to finish – friendly, efficient and truly hard-working. They went above and beyond, helping my husband up after a fall in our home (he lives with Parkinson’s disease), showing genuine care and compassion. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, even when we faced delays getting access to our storage unit at National Storage. Their patience made a stressful day much easier and gave us real peace of mind. We’re so pleased with their service that we’ll be booking Brisk again soon for our next move from National Storage to our new unit in Coolum Beach. Highly recommended – thanks so much, Lachy and Blake!

Sean and Fraser were amazing they filled the container so easily
I contacted Brisk for my interstate move from Brisbane to Melbourne, they have a very friendly and helpful customer service team. Locked in my dates, they turned up when they said they would and done a brilliant job of carefully loading my house contents, fitting in much more than I expected. The unloading also went well, no issues! The price was also reasonable, great company, highly recommended. I will be using them again. Thank you Brisk team.

This is the 2nd time I have used Brisk. Moved from a 3 brm house to a 2 brm unit. Pedro & AV were friendly, helpful & so efficient. They got large furniture items into the unit i thought wouldn't fit. Wouldn't get through the door? Over the balcony! Nothing was too much trouble & they were delightful & happy to accommodate. I get very anxious but they were so capable, my anxiety was eased. Those 2 boys deserve a bonus or a raise. Very satisfied.
Absolute stars. The whole team are amazing even when we had to move dates a few times. Moving from Melbourne to Sunshine Coast was a breeze due to the professionalism of the teams at both ends. Could not recommend them more.
Seamless move lads very helpful and efficient 2 bed unit short distance started bit late because of traffic but they rang us and gave adequate notice so all good
Scheduled start for furniture uplift was between 0600 and 0700. At 0715 no update from Brisk so I called them. Truck was still in Brisbane and arrived 0815?. Guys were strong and efficient but loading 2/3rds of the truck was lounge chairs packed one high without anything further. The driver declared the truck is full. Too bad we had another 4 cubicmetres of boxes. The driver shut the doors and left me hiring a mini van from budget to make 2 trips collecting our belongings. Remember this was on settlementday. Never never book brisk. We paid extra to get the bigger truck that was loaded to be only half full. They charge $209 and hour which is ok if the do what their sales team says .. so late start..nocommunication or Apologies and then closing the doors and leaving us stranded. I have offered to send the photo of the 2 thirs full load just as the doors were closed but so far brisk choose to not call me back as promised.
I recently used Brisk Transport & Removals for my interstate move, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. They packed up my entire 3-bedroom home with incredible care, efficiency, and professionalism. The team was punctual, friendly, and extremely organised. They handled all of my belongings as if they were their own, taking extra care with fragile items and making sure everything was packed securely into the truck. What could have been a really stressful day felt smooth and well-managed thanks to their calm and capable approach. Moving interstate is a big job, but Brisk made it feel easy. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy removalists. Thank you for making my move such a positive experience!
I had Rob and Pete move me from Capalaba to Hawthorne on Thursday. This is the second time I have used Brisk Transport. Amazing service as always - fast, efficient and friendly -thank you. I would recommend Brisk to anyone needing removalist services.
I can’t speak more highly about Brisk Transport. I have used them a few times over the years to move me residentially but this was the first time I needed the boys to move a lot of my heavy and cumbersome commercial kitchen equipment to my new premises. From my initial contact with Sean to the 2 boys arriving at the storage sheds the job was seamless. They scoped the pieces to be moved and it was done quickly and professionally. Braydon and Caleb were very polite, professional and happy to accommodate any requests from me without any fuss. Unloading at the new premises was also done quickly with care and no damage. I was hoping to finish the move in the minimum 2 hour period and was very pleased when it finished within the time frame. I thoroughly recommend Brisk and will definitely use them for my next move.
