I had a Check Hero technician and gas expert attend my property today, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, punctual, and courteous. The technician took the time to clearly explain what they were inspecting and why, which gave me confidence that everything was being handled thoroughly and safely. Their knowledge around gas systems was evident, and they answered all my questions patiently without making things feel rushed or overly technical. What stood out most was their attention to detail and commitment to safety. They carried out the checks carefully, ensured everything was compliant, and left the area clean and tidy afterwards. Overall, the service was efficient, transparent, and reassuring. I would definitely recommend Check Hero for anyone needing a reliable and knowledgeable gas expert.

Excellent. Continuous ongoing communication on arrival, very courteous and professional, helped with a domestic unrelated problem. I am very grateful and would highly recommend.
I've had 2 excellent ChechHero tradies come out to inspect my gas and 3 smoke alarms on the 13/04/26. They were friendly and acknowledgable and explained a few safety issues. They arrived at the required tracking time. Chang, the electrian, found a non compliant electrical issue that needs attention. I'm very happy he noticed it and will forward a report to my real estate for the owner to look at.
The first appointment the inspector sent a txt to say he wasn't coming when he should have been here. I was p*ssed off with that I waited all day for him. I took a day off work without pay that cost me.
The guys that came were very polite and explained everything they were checking. They were also were very professional and put me at ease telling me exactly what he needed to do.
I had a disappointing experience with Check Hero Inspection. Firstly, the timing of the visit should be communicated much more precisely. It’s important for customers to know exactly when the team will arrive, rather than being left uncertain. Secondly, all required checks should be completed in a single visit. Multiple visits for the same inspection are inconvenient and disruptive. Lastly, I would expect better basic etiquette from the team. If shoes are left outside at the door, it’s a clear indication that footwear should be removed before entering. This is especially important as there are children in the house who crawl and move around on the floor, making hygiene a serious concern. Overall, there is significant room for improvement in communication, efficiency, and professionalism.

Flooded our Laundry and adjusted our Hot Water Service to scolding without asking or advice. Contacted head office and all I received lame excuses. Be wary!
Very satisfied with the service I received. Electrician contacted me on the day to give me an accurate time frame of when he would be coming. On arrival he was friendly and polite, quickly and professionally checking, servicing and then testing the properties smoke detectors for compliance. More than satisfied with the service I received from this electrician
