Called the number provided as I could hear a dripping noise from the roof space and the plumber did attend site quickly. Luckily it was only a matter of turning off a stop tap to the old air con, but be warned, there is a standard call out fee of $132 not sure if this is for 30 mins but that's what I got charged for 20 min on site. Can't argue with them turning up quick though.
