Rosie M. - Regional Sales Specialist - Mt Atkinson As first home buyers building under the 5% First Home Guarantee scheme, the process of finalizing a build contract alongside a land contract is stressful, tight deadlines, complex finance conditions, and countless decisions in a very short window. What makes our experience remarkable is that Fairhaven wasn't on our shortlist. We had been engaging with several other builders for months, and Fairhaven was initially just a passing inquiry. But from the very first conversation, Rosie at the Mt Atkinson office changed that entirely. I ask a lot of questions & changes, detailed ones about specifications, contract terms, site conditions, and inclusions. Where other consultants would deflect or take days to respond, Rosie accommodated every single one without hesitation. She never made us feel like a burden. I have already sent multiple emails to you'll and my handover was supposed to be today 2 April- but due to inaction and broken promises from your end it has been delayed. You have the Job number to refer to.

We have just signed for a house build with Fairhaven ,we have chosen The Carson 25 and new home consultant Faraz has been so helpful throughout the whole process. Faraz is very professional,articulate and helpful to make our choice easy

My partner and I were browsing opportunities as first home buyers trying to get into the market, Warren and Faraz couldn’t have been a greater help. Not only did they educate us in a genuine and transparent way, but they guided us right through the initial stages of our choice. They made the process easy and straightforward, they were there to answer all questions, and as a couple who are completely new to this, their support did not go unnoticed. The following review is regarding the pre-construction experience. To be clear, we have not yet started the build so I can’t speak to during or post construction experience. Working with Mila at the Donnybrook office has been absolutely fantastic. She is very knowledgeable with all things to do with the build and the considerations of making customisations to the build. She has also been very patient working with us and has gone over and beyond in working either the different surrounding estate sales offices in locating a suitable land lot for us to build on

The entire process has been very smooth and on time if not ahead of schedule. The team at Fairhaven Homes have been extremely helpful on every occasion. Would be very happy to complete this process again. Thankyou Aaron
