Great Service. Efficient and on time! We were constantly updated as to Frank's arrival, and he was right on time. He was courteous, fast, and excellent. He got stains out of the carpet that had been there for years! Well done Frank!

Frank was very cool - nice and friendly and made the experience actually pleasant, which I didn't expect. He was very professional and cleaned the carpets in the wardrobe on my request. I would highly recommend him and the company!

Cleaning was done professionally but the cleaner left all the lights on upstairs, the blinds were half open and half closed like they had just been roughly cleaned and were sitting on an angle, not completely closed. This was an exit clean as I had sold my house. Luckily I went back to inspect the house before the final inspection.

Disgraceful outcome and refusal to pay back some money for poor service. We were charged an extortionate amount ($1000 for a clean and straight forward service)for a poor outcome… we had to hire a cleaner from another company ($300) to clean carpets completely and our landlord charged us $300 for delays. Avoid using this company! The photos are of the carpet AFTER they cleaned it… not sure if they used dirty water, but the results were appalling! The print on the carpet occurred because they put wet carpet on top of wet carpet… marker prints then transferred!

Do not use this company. After cancelling twice, they showed up late as one of them was hungover (which they voluntarily disclosed). They did not clean the apartment at all on their first attempt so they performed a re-clean which was marginally better, however I still needed to pay for another cleaner to do the job properly. They refused a refund after accusing me of writing negative reviews online, which is a fabrication as this is the first review I’ve written. Incompetent at best, criminal at worst.

Oven clean was great but some chemical spilt & there was damage to my tiles. Once I altered the team they made sure it was rectified as quickly as possible & they called in experts to fix it. Joe kept in touch regularly during the process & made sure i was 100% happy with the outcome. Great customer service & responsiveness Unfortunately after I wrote this review I saw i was charged for the fix despite being assured it would be for free. This misunderstanding has been resolved & the amount credited. While the marks that were made by the oven cleaning have been fixed, there now a distinction between the treated tiles & untreated area around the furniture because it was not moved & i didn't appreciate the the implications of this so unfortunately not a perfect resolution.
