As designers/ builders we have worked with Flooring Excellence for our client's projects, but this time we have had the opportunity to use them for our own home. RecentlyI used FlooringExcellene to replace carpets in my house and it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Trent understood our requirements very well and recommended a product which was optimal for our needs. Then it was installed perfectly by a team of 2. What is even more important was that every stage including quote, payment and installation was handled by staff who were very knowledgable, friendly and at the same time very professional. Getting these done without stress is a big plus. I highly recommend FlooringExcellence and plan to use their service to install timber flooring to other areas of the house in the coming months. Since Melbourne was just coming out of lockdown it was a very busy period but they have met all my expectations and more.
