Barrasons Engineers are growing their reputation in the building industry for high quality and efficient structural and civil design work. The brainchild of founder and managing director Andrew Barraclough, Barrasons Engineers first opened their doors in 2017 serving the local community of Pakenham and surrounding suburbs. Today Barrasons Engineers provide residential design and inspection services throughout Victoria and their specialist engineers in prefabricated concrete have assisted the build of several of Australias award-winning commercial buildings. Leaders in our Field Barrasons are insured and registered engineering professionals in all Australian states and territories and active members of a number of professional industry bodies, including the Housing Industry Association and Engineers Australia. We were founding members of the Australian Engineered Fasteners & Anchors Council. Our specialist engineers represent on Australian Standards committees to develop new standards relevant to concrete, prefabricated concrete structures, steel reinforcing and prestressed materials. Our engineering managers have written nationally and internationally published research papers and delivered technical presentations for Engineers Australia accredited CPD programs. We have just completed the establishment of the Prefabricated Concrete Elements Code of Practice 2019 for Victoria and are adapting a similar code for the ACT. We are recognised as leaders in our field.
