All our works come with the following inclusions:Drop Sheets to protect your home Throughout all Renovation and/or Repair Works (unless not required) Drop Sheets are used from the Entry of your home, office, factory or shop to all Work Areas, including outside areas. This ensures your flooring and any furnishings are protected and to assist in containing our work. All Ceilings are hung with Screws AND Glue We carry out many repairs to ceilings, especially in Garages, where entire plasterboard ceilings have collapsed. It is always due to the area not being Glued and Screwed, its a very common Shortcut we don't take! All Ceiling Joins Back Blocked This step ensures that there is added strength provided at each join eliminating the chance of it cracking or ever falling away. Vacuum Sander / Dust Extractor Used When it comes to Sanding, things get a little dusty. We do our best to minimise this and one way we go about this is by using our Vaccuum Sanders which can remove up to 95% of the Dust. All Scrap Materials Removed from Site We make sure to clean up after ourselves. We take all our scrap materials from site. We even take the time to sweep out, or vacuum the work areas on completion of each days work. Where there may be a large volume of Scrap Materials, for example, when removing Walls or Ceilings, we will make sure to discuss this with you at quoting stage and outline any rubbish removal costs in your quote.
