⭐☆☆☆☆ Zero Star Experience – Full Day Wasted & Guarantee Not Honoured I am writing this review to warn others about my extremely frustrating experience with Knock-Down Pest Control and their failure to honour their own guarantee. Service Timeline 29 November 2025 I paid $230 for a General Pest Treatment + German Cockroach treatment, with a stated guarantee of 3 months external and 6 months internal. I was also advised that cockroach activity may increase initially and that a follow-up may be required. From the first visit, I already had concerns about the effectiveness and thoroughness of the treatment. 6 January 2026 As cockroach activity was still present, I contacted the office to request a follow-up within the guarantee period. 9 January 2026 I received a written booking confirmation for a “Call Back Treatment – No Charge.” On the day, the appointment was cancelled last minute due to the technician being unwell. 17 January 2026 I called to postpone the rescheduled visit to 20 January due to heavy rain in my area. 21 January 2026 – Full Day Wasted The appointment was scheduled for 7–9am. At 8am, I was told the technician would arrive 10am–1pm. At 12pm, I was told 2–4pm. At 3pm, I was then told they could no longer attend at all and suggested postponing again. I had spent the entire day waiting, rearranged my schedule, and stayed home, only for them not to turn up at all. This was extremely frustrating, especially as I had already spent weeks moving furniture into the centre of the house, leaving my home in a messy and inconvenient state while waiting for their service. I insisted the service must occur the very next day. 22 January 2026 I was told the technician would arrive around 11am. He arrived at 12:15pm. Final Outcome The technician briefly looked behind my fridge, identified German cockroaches, and then demanded payment for a second treatment. This directly contradicted: Their written “Call Back Treatment – No Charge” confirmation Their stated service guarantee What was explained at the time of booking regarding follow-up treatments When I questioned this, the technician contacted the office. The office staff repeatedly insisted that no payment meant no service, regardless of the guarantee or written confirmation. I even offered for them to proceed with general cockroach treatment only, without the specialised German cockroach application. They refused unless payment was made. The technician then walked off without performing any treatment. Final Thoughts This experience was exhausting, time-wasting, and unacceptable. Knock-Down Pest Control does not honour their guarantees, repeatedly reschedules appointments, wastes customers’ time, and then pressures customers to pay despite written confirmations stating otherwise. I am extremely angry and disappointed. Zero stars. Highly NOT recommended. I genuinely hope no one else has to go through the same frustration I did.

I had a regular termite inspection done by Rami N from Knock Down Pest Control Belmore recently. This was my first time dealing with them and I couldn’t express the happiness with their service. First, unlike some other companies, they responded my inquiry email promptly, actually on the same day. Second, the man who came to do the inspection is named Rami N, he is such a polite, professional and cheerful guy who explained everything to me clearly and patiently. Above from that, he made recommendations to me how to prevent termite invading as well. I highly recommend this company and especially Rami N to anyone who need to do any kind of pest control. Five stars experience, well done Rami N.
