From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and easy to work with. Phillip and the admin team were easy to liaise with and their communication was exceptional. Philip also made sure a crew was ready for us asap, which was greatly appreciated. A special shoutout to Muhammad who got me through the emotional process. Muhammad operated the excavator. He and his partner were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were kind, respectful and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, offering thoughtful suggestions and ensuring everything was handled with care. They u see stood how important it was for me to be able to keep as many trees as possible, and helped me achieve that goal. They were always on time, kept the site impressively clean each day, and maintained the highest level of professionalism throughout. I cannot praise them enough for their attention to detail and the respect they showed during the entire process. If you’re looking for a demolition team that is reliable, considerate, and outstanding in every way, I highly recommend Malway Demolition. They truly made a difficult process much easier.”

Phillip and his team at Melway Demolitions must be commended for the work they did at our property. They are organised, neat, clean and efficient. This really was one of the rare times where the work exceeded our expectations.
Extremely happy with Melway from start to finish, arranged fencing, bins, asbestos removal and all certificates. The demolition of a 3 bedroom home on 655sq started on a Saturday and was completed by the following Thursday morning! Just left with a nice clean block ready to build on.
The team was very organized and communication was excellent. When things had to be done they were on it straight away also good sense a humor from Philip in the office

I highly recommend the professional Melway Demolition team...from Sarah in the office to the team on the ground. Excellent service. The team were great to deal with and explained what was required and steps involved in demolishing my house. These guys did a great job with demolishing half our house (yes, they did the right half!) They worked around some tricky spaces and left the site in a very good state. Recommend.

Awesome folks. Ordered a bin off melway bin hire last week as we had a big cleanout as our house was sold. Filled one bin and got another one...
