Had to make some last minute changes to my move. Spoke to Nathan and they made every effort to accommodate me. I’m very grateful to them. COMMUNICATION PEOPLE!! It works.

Important things to note from my recent bad experience with Moveage Group and the two inexperienced removalists assigned to move my furniture into a storage facility. 1. Confirm removalists are familiar with directions to your address/loading bay in advance of the move. 2. If you live in a high rise apartment block ask them to bring the paperwork and trolleys up with them. 3. Note down the time of their arrival matches the time on the paperwork before signing. 4. Read all the paperwork you are required to initial. 5. Ensure removalists stack boxes marked “fragile” on top of the ones marked “heavy”. 6. If storing furniture in a storage facility make sure they are familiar of how to utilise storage space efficiently. 7. Ensure you are familiar with payment methods and the surcharge if using credit card option. 8. Note down time of completion. 9. If there were any problems with the move call them as soon as the move has been completed. The removalists called me three times while I was still busy packing. Once to advise me that they were on their way and the other two times to ask for directions. They arrived at my address at 7:28am but on the paperwork they wrote they arrived at 7:00am (I have screenshots of their calls to me at 7:15am and their will be CCTV footage of their arrival). As I was so busy finishing packing I didn’t check everything I was signing - I just thought they could be trusted! They came up to my 20th floor apartment without their trolleys and paperwork to assess how much furniture/boxes I had only to go back down again to collect one trolley and paperwork. Although I had pasted “fragile” and “on top” stickers on boxes they disregarded them and stacked heavy boxes on top of my fragile boxes so I was forced to rearrange them. The removalists also weren’t familiar with utilising storage space - they were placing the boxes at the back of the storage unit instead of placing the bed and larger items at the back and boxes towards the front so I could get to them when needed. One of the removalists also haggled with me in relation to the credit card surcharge saying it was 10% and when I advised him that I was told it is only 2% he made a call (don’t know what was said because he spoke in a foreign language). When he got off the phone he said “3%”, okay 2%”. I went with paying by direct debit as I felt he couldn’t be trusted after that. I called the company about half an hour later to advise them of the poor customer service only to be told that I should have called straight after the move - I guess half an hour later was too late! The company owner also implied that I was a racist because I had the nerve to call the company to complain about the removalists and their unprofessional customer service. I also want to add the owner of the company offered me a refund of $100 “in good faith” but in order to receive the refund (I was actually entitled to - as the removalists falsely noted on their paperwork they arrived at 7:00am instead of the actual time of arrival which was 7:28am) I would have to sign paperwork stating I would not come back asking for “more money” or “bag the company”. I REFUSED TO SIGN PAPERWORK AS I FELT IT WAS MY RIGHT TO PROVIDE AN HONEST AND TRUE ACCOUNT OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH MOVEAGE GROUP.

Moved a 3-4 bedroom house, first time using removalists after having moved myself multiple times and this company was recommended. Very happy with the service, easy to book, they arrived on time and no issues with delays. We had Jose, David and Pedro. They were fast and efficient, no damage. Rates seemed very reasonable and thought price was fair. Would use them again if needed.

Have used Sher at Moveage twice this year, by and far the best movers we’ve ever used and we’ve moved over 6 times. Efficient, friendly and moved everything like it was their own, can’t recommend enough!

We have had the best experience of moving in the last 12 years! Sher & Dylan were true professionals and removed the stresses of moving with their experience and ability. They were fast, effective and efficient and I would recommend this company and these guys any day of the week!! Well done to Moveage Group and these two individuals that were the face of the company!!

Used them recently in my move of a 4 bedroom house, and the whole process was very smooth, starting from the booking to the final move. Very professional guys, Nathan was very prompt in booking the move and providing accurate quotes. Sher and Dylan moved the house and were amazing, took extreme care of the stuff, with no delays, and moved as quickly as it could be. Very happy with the services of the Moverage group and would highly recommend them.

My job was a two apartment one. They have arrived within the give estimated time. Gabriel and his team mate were friendly and did their best to finish the job on time. I don’t think there are major damages. I am satisfied with the service.

From the get go Moveage were awesome to work with. Moved a 3 bedroom townhouse to a unit. Sher and Dylan were our movers and were fantastic. Arrived on time (with a text 30 minutes before arriving and got straight to work). When it came to unloading the truck they were very considerate of other owners at our unit complex (parked down the street and out of the way). Took care of our stuff the whole time and even moved stuff around to where we wanted once all unloaded. Genuine hard workers, well presented and good blokes - will recommend to everyone I know.
