Putting floors into an older house can be tricky. I'm so glad I chose Octagon because they walked me through the process and helped me to make the best choices. They were very professional and for me, just as important was their kindness. I now have a beautiful floor and it is SUCH A RELIEF. The team at Octagon Timber Flooring have been excellent during our lengthy building process. We ordered the flooring nearly 3 years ago, just our building process started, with an anticipated completion date 12 months later. However, our building completion date was pushed back well over 18 months, during this period, I kept the team at Octagon Timber Flooring informed and they were happy to accept that the extended build time was out of our control. When we finally were able to arrange the laying of the flooring, they arrived on time and completed the job within the estimate time frame. The workmanship is excellent and the floors look fantastic. At the end of the job, they left the house in a tidy condition having cleaned up and taken away all the rubbish and mess made during the laying process. Well done to all involved and we can highly recommend Octagon Timber Flooring.
We installed Aspire Hybrid flooring in July 2024 (by Octagon Timber Flooring). We were very happy with the quality of installation. The entire process was very smooth, from quotation to installation. In all my recent tiling experiences, I have always gone to Octagon for my tiles. The reason is simple: The workers at Octagon always deliver outstanding results. They get the job done exactly the way it needs to be done, leaving perfectly measured and clean floors. One of the best things about this store is that you can choose from a wide variety of colours. This makes it easy to find tiles that match any space. I have to give a big thumbs up to Han, who transformed our kids rooms and our living areas. Han’s workmanship is second to none. It’s durable, accurate, and aesthetically pleasing. Each tile is laid with care and attention to detail. The result is a seamless and aesthetically pleasing hybrid that looks great and provides an amazingly smooth texture. Without a doubt, I would recommend Octagon, and especially Han, to anyone looking for tiling solutions. My family and I had an amazing experience here and I can’t recommend anyone else.
Fair pricing, great variety of products to choose from and the installation was done like a pro. Absolutely loving the new look of our lounge and I’d give a shout out to Jo for her help and especially Sangbin Han for incredible dedication and workmanship onsite during the install.
