I would give more stars if I could. From the time I made an appointment to the finish of the repairs on my roof everything was professional. I got a detailed report of what work was to be done as well as the quote. Copies of the insurance & photos. I was also informed when the scaffolding would be put up & my solar panels removed. Everything was co-ordinated. All the staff that came to work on my roof were respectful & a credit to the company Roof Co Group. I would most definitely use them again if the need arises, & anyone thinking of roof repairs can be assured that they would get an awesome job. Dorothy

Roof Co are absolutely faultless in every aspect. To each and every girl in the office a huge thank you. Jason, Glenn, Ryan and Harry were so polite, answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. They were ALWAYS on time and professional and they cleaned up afterwards. Other companies should take a leaf out of their book. All up 17 photos were taken before and after and in depth report sent back to me. This leak I had was an on going issue and thanks to Roof Co the problem has been rectified.

I knew pretty well what I wanted done. Shane seemed pretty knowledgeable and picked some small issues I missed. They did the work with very little organisational effort on my part. They included photos in the quote. They had photos with the invoice to show they did exactly as per quote.

The team were prompt, thorough, professional and had great customer service.
