Once arrived they moved extremely fast but took great care of all our stuff. The guys were professional, very friendly & helpful. I hate moving house but hiring Safe Removalist was a great decision as they certainly helped relieve a great deal of the stress. Brilliant job for a very reasonable price. Well worth it, can't recommend them highly enough!”

Just moved from South West Sydney to a property half an hour away. We were told the removalists would be there at 8am - rang to say would be arriving at 9 (that's fine). We were only really moving part of the furniture as we were getting new furniture at our new house. We needed the guys to undo the beds but it seemed to be taking them quite a while. I was then told that the screws were threaded on the bed (upon later inspection they weren't). Anyway I thought imagine if I was a single mother with no tools - how was I going to get these beds apart and downstairs? I wasn't impressed. I'm paying you by the hour so I figure you can do the job. They were also very slow. 5 hours for not many items

From the very first call, their team was professional, organised, and reassuring. Our belongings were packed into a container and transported by rail, which was not only efficient but also great value and environmentally friendly. We needed storage in between, and everything was handled seamlessly, clear communication, flexible timing, and absolute care with our items. When our container arrived, everything was exactly as it left Sydney: clean, secure, and undamaged. The whole process felt stress-free, which is saying a lot for an interstate move! The staff were friendly, reliable, and clearly knew what they were doing. If you’re looking for a removalist you can genuinely trust for long-distance moves and storage, Safe Removalist & Storage are exceptional. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
I used Safe removals to move from Queensland to New South Wales. Had many interstate and local moves in the past and most of my past experiences were awful, to say the least. These guys, by far, exceeded all my expectations! I was very stressed out initially as I had a small window on which I had to relocate. To my surprise, the communication was second to none. They arrived on time, made the move so easy and the guys were just so lovely. Everything arrived to the deadline as promised. No damages, no issues at all. They helped put everything in place and made sure I was happy before they left. Two containers worth. Hot days. No complaints. The comradery of the team was refreshing. Im not one to write reviews on services usually. But these guys deserve more than what I can put in words. No problem recommending these guys at all. Can't thank them enough.

A real pleasure to deal with. The office staff were friendly, helpful and kept us informed throughout the process. We moved from a 4 bedroom home to a townhouse. The price was very reasonable and the guys were courteous, punctual, careful and quick. The trip was almost an hours travel and they managed to move and place everything well within the day. Update: Just adding something to the review below. The companies CEO - … - reached out to me personally by email and by phone. While all I wrote below was true I really appreciated him doing this. He listened to the experience that I had & apologised for it and assured me he would make sure these issues were addressed moving forward., This would have to be one of the most unhelpful companies I have ever dealt with. They won’t tell you upfront but they put your gear into a shipping container & then can’t seem to say when it will arrive. When asked to know the actual date my furniture would be delivered they seemed shocked that I wanted to know such a thing. They never once gave me an update - I had to chase every time. Even on the day my furniture finally got delivered if I had not rung and emailed that day I would not have known it was coming. When I showed the Team Leader - … all the items that were broken from the move he was dismissive & rude. It’s a big moment in most people’s lives - moving house - and I would strongly advise Safe Movers to give their entire staff some training in communication. Honestly - find another company. You can do better than these guys. UPDATE: After seeing this review the company contacted me. At first I thought they were actually trying to make amends. But no - they were trying to influence me to take this and my Google review down. They offered me $400 to cover all the stuff that was broken on the co during that - ‘your reviews on all platforms be taken down prior to payment.’ Umm… no. These sites are here to help consumers make informed choices and keep businesses accountable. The irony is if they had just reached out to make amends then I could have made that update but trying to pay me on the co diction I removed these posts is really not ok.
Complex items. They moved fast safe and no damage. Included some expensive fridge and hifi. Also quite well priced considering I had another quote for significantly more. Didn’t waste any time and they disassembled and reassembled. Can highly recommend.
An absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Nikolai, Gee and Lee were professional, friendly, and worked tirelessly to get the job done safely. Couldn't have asked for a better team.
Martin and Ruslan were excellent. They communicated well, were very courteous and nothing was too hard for them. They made the move really smooth and when I asked if they could drop a bed off at my folks house after the move they said no problem at all. Highly recommend these guys (and get the crates - they’re well worth it).

I decided to move from Sydney to Sunshine Coast, last year to be closer to family. Safe picked up my belongings, packed and loaded everything into a container, they stored my belongings in this container for 7 months in Sydney at my request. When I found a job and place to live in QLD, they brought the container up and unloaded it into my townhouse. They kept me informed all the way. The two men who unloaded my belongings were polite friendly and respectful of my belongings, nothing was broken. Safe pricing was reasonable and I felt secure knowing they kept my belongings safe for interstate transport. I will use them again, thank you Sharon Strauss.
