Byron was great. He turned up when he said he was going to and fixed the problem. He also escalated our issue of a broken pipe with the water authorities. He was very professional and we would definitely use his service again.

Solve It responded to our emergency promptly, successfully unblocking our drain. There were also a few smaller jobs that were efficiently attended to. Although there was miscommunication, it all turned out well in the end once Solve It were made aware of the problem. We would definitely have them back again, especially because Byron seems to know his stuff, the prices are reasonable, plus overall he is a very fair and reasonable person to deal with, Laurette C
