They were very proactive initially to come and do “exploratory works” over $1000 later and 2 weeks of absolutely no work being done and getting no where I decided to lodge an insurance claim- I was calling, emailing, texting Johnny and Stephanie to get some kind of report and they finally gave me a basic report that hasn’t helped at all. Johnny was so adamant he was doing all his exploratory work to help with he insurance claim etc and it was all for me and the cost will come to approx 3-10k! but I was sceptical from the start and should have trusted my gut. This is the first time I’ve ever done a review! But had to be done. I can’t comment on how good they are as a plumbing service because no work was done. Just over $1000 spent!
