Supreme Green Landscaping

When you read 5 star reviews these days it is natural to ask “What’s the catch?”. With Supreme Green there is no catch. They are that good. We felt confident in their ability from our first meeting and we made the decision to work with them almost immediately. Our new home build resulted in what we thought were some significant challenges and we were quite concerned how this would all work – or if it would work. Supreme Green drew up the plans, put our minds at ease and then put words into action. As Connor said when we first met before site cut, “we will make this look great for you”. There are moments in a project you never forget. The Supreme Green difference is that not only are they good at what they do, but the entire team genuinely cares about you and your project, and they are all proud of the work they do. We are so grateful for this. It is a very personal experience having trades in and out of your home each day but this was never a problem and we were never concerned. This extends to the quality of their subcontractors. The entire team are a breath of fresh air and will always be welcome back when I come up with my next crazy idea! The other thing that stood out is their attention to detail and doing the little things well. When deciding what driveway surface to chose I was asked if I like to get around in bare feet. What a great question! The answer was yes and the decision was made. Another seemingly small item was how to deal with an overflow drain that threatened to mess with our front paving. The solution was ingenious. These are just 2 small examples of why it is best to trust Supreme Green when they suggest something. Your requirements come first, and the solution follows. We are now sitting back in our new home and I get to look out onto our newly paved al-fresco (what an amazing tiling job!), our new plants starting to find their feet, the vege patch is raring to go and my new lawn is getting ready to be mowed for the first time. We even have a surprise retreat down the side of the house that we thought would be a bit of a dead zone. It’s got chill out and read a book written all over it. I’ll get onto this when I stop staring at the magnificent driveway. We are pretty biased about how good the result has been so the real test is in what the neighbours say. They have all been impressed but the one that stands out is “it’s an amazing addition to the street”. We have just completed our landscaping works which also included concreting, liaising with Council for permits and a large exposed aggregate driveway area. Paul and his team from the initial consultation and design through to completion were professional, super efficient, working through the extreme hot days to get the stages completed. They were flexible in the planning and design to suit our budget and were great at providing updates and communication as to when things were booked to happen. Being able to get decking, concreting, driveway (and fencing in the future) as well as the landscaping means they are a "one-stop shop" which is super convenient for the customer. We would highly recommend Supreme Green.

At the end of a long house re-build process, Supreme Green gave us the relief we were looking for by making the complete landscaping experience easy and efficient, and producing a great result we cannot fault. Paul, Cam, Dave and the team were friendly and very professional throughout design and delivery: collaborating closely to meet our (design) and their (logistical) needs, providing timely advice and updates, and demonstrating flexibility and fast turnaround in managing variation requests and unforeseen issues. (Unlike most other tradespeople I have to deal with, I didn’t have to chase them up once!) The team was always on time, and persisted through the hottest days of summer to ensure the job stayed on schedule, but still with high quality; this included their third parties (e.g. concreters, carpenter), a testament to effective project management. Ultimately, we were very happy with all aspects of the hard and soft landscaping delivered and we would highly recommend Supreme Green.
