Team Work Fencing Contractors

Got a quote from this business few weeks before Xmas for removal of old shared boundary fence and installation of new colorbond fence; I was told it's a two day job and can be completed before Xmas 2017. However this job took two months for completion with few times being on site and checking on whether the builder are doing the right job. The builders who are working with this business are quite unprofessional, rude and aggressive. I won't recommend them at all for any work it's quite a waste of your time and money.

The guy for the initial quote was charming. After accepting his quote I waited months for the removal and replacement of my fence. The Teamwork employee who came to do the job it was disrespectful, rude and unhelpful . He put the incorrect fencing panels in and when I requested a correction was told they were too busy and I'd have to wait . After seeking advice from Consumer Affairs and getting back in touch with Teamwork Fencing they organised a return job to fix the mistake but against my fervent wishes insisted on sending the chap who had done the original job. Again he was rude ,disrespectful and unpleasant I am a retired nurse, nearly 70 years old, polite and pretty inoffensive. I felt bullied and ill treated by this employee and also by one of the owners who at one point rang me up ( thereby avoiding anything in writing ) with threats and verbaL abuse because I had not quietly accepted the poor treatment I received from Teamwork Fencing . This was a low point in my experience of dealing with a fencing business . I have lived in this house for 30 years, over which time most of the fencing has been replaced at one time or another with no such issues or problems as I experienced with this business. Give them a wide berth my friends !

The team in the office are very knowledgeable and helped us get the pool fence we wanted. They have a range of different options. All of which are unique and can be custom made to fit our area. The estimator bought samples to site after we decided on the type we wanted and at no cost to us. Thanks Team!

Team Work did my job on the scheduled date, installed without fuss and left site neat and tidy. Will use again.

A huge shout out of thanks to the amazing team @ Team Fencing. From my first point of contact with Cheyene to the tradesman's (sorry don't know his name) & then to completion of the work required, l can honestly say it has been an extremely professional, stress-free experience and the quality of work has been of the highest standard. Would l recommend this company???? It's a "BIG YES" from me.

Thanks to Matt and Fernando for attending to some maintenance our pool fence required this week. TW installed this fence earlier this year, an issue developed with the fence after some strong costal winds hit it.
