I obtained a quote online for a 4 x2 move 10-15kms away from my current address. I did my homework and looked at reviews and was happy to pay the highest quote because of the excellent reviews. However I have never ever been mistreated the way I was today by this company. Stay clear is my advice unless you like them turning up and hour and a half early, rude attitudes, like it was my fault I wasn't quite ready for them and then declaring that because I had animals they did not want to do the job as they didn't want to get sick from my animals and that I would need to find another company to do the job. This on the day of my move! I had rabbits and dogs to move but the small hypoallergenic dogs I have were outside and the rabbits were isolated in a bedroom which the movers didn't have to enter. After I finished packing the last few boxes I was about to transport my animals to the new house and be back in time for the movers but they didn't care and just left. I was dumbfounded. My cleaner had just arrived and witnessed the whole thing. She too could not believe what she was hearing. The two removalist a also claimed they were not told I would need a bed dismantled or the size of the move. They told me they didn't get a brief from their manager. when I spoke to the manager who had confirmed the quote and moving details he said they do get a brief. He knew of what had occurred before I contacted him and he has zero empathy or care for the predicament I was now in. I offered for him to attend my premises and check it out for himself. He said he would speak to the guys again and get back to me. In the meantime I got on to other companies to check their availability. Then the manager rang me back and said he has arranged two of his other drivers to come around the same time as the original booking with a 9 tonne truck. Big enough to handle the size of my move. However when the new removalist turned up they had a 3 tonne truck. The guys were from a different company and I was confused about why they had come as I didn't realise the manager had contacted another company to attend. A heads up would have been helpful. The new guys were nice but I turned them away as it would have taken 6 trips to get the job done. No way. Long story short I was very disappointed with this company and would advise anyone else to be aware of my experience and consider if this is something you want to experience.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and CONGRATULATIONS to Frank and his Moving Men for the two faultless moves they have done for us this year. Our first move came at short notice as our house sold earlier than expected and our new apartment was not ready. This move, which required detailed coordination to deliver certain furniture to two separate locations, with lots more to go to storage, was completed with exemplary grace, care and efficiency by Tristan and Neil. When our apartment did become available two months later, it was just a matter of asking Frank, the original, ever-obliging Moving Master, to retrieve the items in storage, to pick up certain items from the above-mentioned two locations and then to deliver everything to our new apartment. Again, the friendly Tristan and his co-worker David did an excellent job and we are most thankful that nothing was scratched or broken in the whole process. A wonderful result and many thanks to Frank and his Moving Team for a job well done. The price was right too!

Extremely happy with the service. Original booking had to be cancelled and moved to a later date (today 20/12). Frank the owner was very accomadating in arranging this. The two men who moved my household items - Stephano & Lucas, were very professional. They didn't mess around, yet they took care so as to not inflict any damage. Would use this company again. Kudos to Frank, Stephano & Luca!

We needed a removalist to transport our furniture etc. from Ellenbrook to Bullsbrook so contacted Frank, The Moving Man. He was very easy to deal with and his expertise and advice was invaluable. Unfortunately, due to complications with our settlement, we could not proceed with the move on the planned day and Frank did not have a truck available for the changed date. Frank was very understanding and referred us to another removalist company who we contracted and who also did a marvelous job on short notice. I have no hesitation in recommending The Moving Man when you need a removalist.
