Called up and spoke to Brenton who booked a day and date 2 days later for a quote. Brenton arrived 10mins early ( which im impressed with) and spent a good 30mins with me regarding my massive palm tree in my back yard and what my options were. I asked Brenton for a quote that day as I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience. I received my quote 2 days later and was blown away because it was cheaper than my 2 previous other quotes. I asked how soon the job could be done and he said that he could do it in the next 10 days ( another bonus as others who gave quotes were 4 wks plus). I booked it in. Brenton and crew arrived on time, friendly and got straight to work. The huge job was completed in 1 day to my surprise. They even took everything away then cleaned up at the end. Brenton and his staff were friendly, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and hard working. I would recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank Brenton for a great job at a great price. very professional, prompt, respectful and accommodating to our request to be extra careful of the plants under the palm trees. Work was done perfectly. The trees look clean and healthier, and none of my flower beds were harmed! Excellent job cleaning after themselves. I would ask them again next time and will highly recommend them to everyone. For years I have used Brenton and his team every 12 - 24 months to keep a 50 year old Canary Island Palm in trim, looking good and in a healthy condition. He never fails to deliver a top shelf job in a friendly timely manner, quoting excellent rates when compared to other outfits and the clean up is trouble free. Brenton sure knows his stuff! The job was done quickly, indeed just over a week from quote to clean up. It would have been sooner but I had plans for the Superbowl so I changed the date. Brenton and his team at Ultimate Palms is the only phone call I make when I need tree, palm and large shrub work. Highly recommend Ultimate Palms.
