Still no cable protection promised many times now arise ring,s regarding review more than cracked slab under batterys or no high votage dc cable cover make sure this is included symond promises doesn't deliver now Adrian promises 2 days will have it that's 4 days ago so still lies dont use unless everything is completed before payments as no service afterwards

Hi, the service from Sasha was exceptional, after the issues I experienced from the electrician and the inverter failing, Sasha organised the new installation of the warranted inverter within days of my call. I was very happy with her service and being the face for the company it was greatly appreciated.

The installation was good with no problems after installation at all the installers behaved well respected the property and were good to deal with throughout the whole process

Very disappointing and unethical. You order a solar battery in January, and they fail to install by the end of April to allow the benefit of the government rebate. Then advise if they install in May you have a smaller battery installed. An incredible lack of communication, failed to answer phone calls, messages or emails. I was recommended by a good friend only to find that the recommendation carried no weight, and I should have gone ahead obtaining further quotes by more reputable companies and should have read all the bad reviews relating to this failure to perform especially after you have paid a deposit. If they did response - rare -you were fobbed off for a few more days until the time ran out. Reviews referring to this are correct and recommend that reviews should always be read before paying a deposit or going on friends' recommendations.

The batteries have been going good and everything is fine so far the installation was a bit later than expected but with the rain and wind today it was understandable the two guys who came out were really great and easy to deal with

We had issues with the inverter which was installed in 2023. I spoke to Carlos and he made sure to install a replacement in 2 weeks. This is one of the best after service works done. Thanks Carlos. I would highly recommend arise solar.

Arise could improve a bit around the delays as the installers arrived late but other than that everything was good overall happy with the product and I cannot complain at this stage as it has been working well
