Burton Demolition

I have sign a contact with this company which paid 50% deposit however, before even they start the work they kept sending me new invoices right after each other. They call it variation form which you will get after even you agreed on a price. As an example they sent me a $4600 invoice on the first day and now they tell me they stop the work unless I agree to pay this amount. If I was paying that amount, they keep digging and sending more invoices so, I declined payment or any new agreement. I want to take this matter to the judge. I hope those of you who ever want to deal with this company be aware of of the tricks which you cannot imagine. I have attached one of the two variation form and see how they charge. I have no idea how 5 people want to work 7 hours on a small kitchen and dinning room. I want everyone to see how they charge you.

During demolition on our neighborhood, people from Burton Demolition placed a fence across our narrow driveway without our prior consent. Upon discovering the fence obstructing our property, I approached one of the peple on site to request its removal. Regrettably, the interaction was marred by impoliteness and aggression from the worker, who even dropped my bag and used inappropriate language. Fortunately, another individual intervened, demonstrating professionalism by apologising for the incident. Such behavior from Burton Demolition people is unacceptable and has left us feeling quite uncomfortable.

Burton were terrific in completing a demolition on a house block I required. From the beginning through to completion, the staff were professional, friendly and efficient to deal with. The costs were very reasonable and I had no problems with the small increase for the rise in fuel costs during the project. This is the reality of the current times we are in. I would defintely recomment Burton Demolition.
