Conduct Airconditioning

I'm genuinely disappointed. After reading the dozens of really, really positive reviews about Conduct Air Conditioning, I decided to make them my first point of call to obtain a quote. I called, literally only 10 minutes ago and asked if someone would be able to come to my home to provide a quote. The person on the phone was polite, but not exactly striving to provide anything more than the absolute basics. I asked if anyone was available for next Tuesday (today is Thursday) or the following Wednesday and was told that the first available was next Friday (directly in-between the 2 dates I had requested). I explained that both my wife and I work and got "it depends on which days our technicians are in your area". I get efficiencies and I have run businesses all my working-life and ultimately if I had someone call me looking to potentially spend in the vicinity of $10-15K, I would have thought that it would have been worth looking to see if there was a way I could get one of my staff there to POTENTIALLY win the business. You see, I also get that all I am after is a quote and that Conduct Air Conditioning may not win the business - but what I can absolutely guarantee is that if nobody shows up to quote, they will 100% not get the business. Ironically, based on the reviews that I have read here, I was only going to get one other quote as I was leaning heavily towards using Conduct Air Conditioning based on 'gut feel'. I am rarely one to write a review and in all honestly, Conduct Air Conditioning have not been bad or rude or anything like that. They have simply not provided any sort of customer service at the most important part of a business relationship - at the beginning of a potential transaction. From the sounds of all of the other reviews, if Conduct Air Conditioning do the job, they are fantastic and maybe because of this they are so busy that they just do not require any additional sales, but unfortunately on this occasion due to the fact that my limited availability (2 dates suggested & then a stab in the dark of - 'does anyone quote early or late', only to be told that their hours are 8 to 5, ironically the same as the majority of the rest of the working world and therefore completely and utterly useless to anyone that is employed) didn't suit them, I was unceremoniously dismissed by the now-frustrated receptionist/"sales" (???) person. The person on the phone by the end of the conversation quite obviously felt that I (a potential customer) was unreasonable and a nuisance and at no point in time did they offer an alternative or a suggestion that would indicate that my hard-earned dollars were worth spending with them. In other words they did absolutely nothing to earn their hourly pay rate by seeking to take the first step in making a potential sale. Sad. But true. Please note that this review is a reflection of poor initial service and an unwillingness to be flexible. It in no way reflects the quality of workmanship, nor value for money as sadly, I will never be able to find out like others have, just how good Conduct Air Conditioning can be when they supply and install a ducted unit. Maybe if their "Sales" people were as good as their Technicians, they might be even more successful.

Soul and his team installed Daikin ducted reverse cycle into our two storey home. It was a tricky job and Soul spent a great deal of time going over plans and sharing options. Souls team were quick to install and friendly / helpful technicians. I would recommend conduct air conditioning for a home install.

Soul and Sam were brilliant. They worked so hard, did a brilliant job and we are so happy with our warm and cosy home!

I live in a top floor unit and choosing Conduct Air for installing my Daikin ducted system was the best and the right decision I made. From Mr. Soul who made the first inspection giving a range of options to choose from in a fair and professional manner was a great help in the decision-making process. With the tight budget I had, and with the help & guidance, Mr. Soul provided I was able to get the best option for the best price. Even the two boys who came to install the unit, Mr. Ace and Mr. Sam were quick and efficient in their application to the job at hand on the day. I would not hesitate in recommending Conduct Air for anyone who is looking to get this type of work done with a satisfying end result.

We had 4 units installed in our home. Soul was exactly on time to provide the quotation. His team of installers were on time to install the units. They were careful and thoughtful about how they did their work. There was no mess after they had finished. In fact, one person came back in and did a second cleanup after all had been packed away. The electricians were very professional, explaining what they were doing and why. Impressive was the tidying up after the installation was completed even to the point of sealing areas to prevent insect access. young teams of all round professionals. Highly recommended.

Soul was professional and helpful with the quote. His team arrived on time and were organised, clean and efficient fort the install. They explained the equipment and how to use...all up they've done an excellent job. Have no hesitation in recommending Soul and his team for Conduct Air install

Soul & his team were amazing from quote to installation of a difficult job due to the low space in our ceiling. There was a small issue with the zones & they immediately returned to change to my request with a great attitude. Our neighbor has now asked them to do their townhouse - highly recommend Conduct.

I had so many issues just trying to get a decent quote until Soul came to the house. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions with sincerity and no bullsh#%. The installers (Ace and Sam) did a fantastic job. They arrived on time and where very professional with everything they did. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.
