From start to finish the service that was provided by Copacabana Property Management was excellent they went out of their way to meet all our needs. Jess was available 24/7 we couldn’t have asked for more.
I have stayed at this property by Avoca lake twice now with my family. The location is stunning, the house is as shown in the pictures, spacious and homey at the same time. It is also very well equipped. Everyone enjoyed there stay here and I would recommend to others. The property management were extremely attentive and helpful
The property was very clean and tidy. The Property manager was kind and polite. The location was good, and lots to do
Property Manager Jess worked very hard to sort out issues we had on arrival and did all she could to make sure we had a happy stay.
CPM has been taking care of our holiday home for approximately 1 year now and we have been very happy with the cleaning and linen service provided to our guests and ourselves. Communication is excellent and we can rely on them to do a good job. Thank you CPM for taking care of our property.
Had a great holiday in the perfect home that suited the needs of a large family. Spacious interior and great outdoor area. Communicating and dealing with management was breezy, staff were professional, accommodating and very friendly. I received speedy replies to all messages and the team were very helpful in assisting with additional requests. In future I won't waste any time and contact Copacabana Property Management directly for a hassle free and quick booking. A special thanks to Jess who arranged our stay.
