We chose to build with Homebuyers and were blessed to have Georgia as our New Home Consultant. She made the entire design process so much easier in every way from double-checking that we had enough power points to helping us customise spaces so they truly worked for our family. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Georgia. She is a fantastic representative of everything Homebuyers embodies

From the consulting side they were excellent. Clear information, no pressure, and they kept everything within my budget. The materials and craftsmanship are genuinely high quality and surprisingly affordable for today’s market. Any changes I wanted were handled easily. Even with a construction background I still found parts of the process challenging, but they supported me through it and offered helpful suggestions without ever pushing me. They understand what adds value to a home and guide you while respecting your budget and vision. After dealing with the usual stress of finances, documents, and juggling work, I feel confident I made the right decision choosing them. I’d definitely recommend them, especially for first home buyers.

Georgia has been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout my home-building journey. She’s incredibly informative, friendly, and always takes the time to make sure everything is clearly explained. Her communication has been excellent, anytime I had a question or concern, she was quick to respond and always provided helpful guidance. I cannot speak more highly of my new home consultant Georgia Smith. From the moment I was connected with her I knew I would be in good hands. Her professionalism and patience has been outstanding through the first stage of my build. Being a first home buyer comes with a lot of feelings of doubt of the unknown. Georgia put my mind at ease as she explained what the process would look like from start to finish in great detail and has always been there to answer any questions promptly. After going through multiple companies,Home buyers Center has helped make my dreams of home ownership possible.Cannot thank the whole team enough and can’t wait to have my new home.

In just 8 months, our first home in Australia has been completed, and we couldn’t be happier. We have nothing but praise for HBC, from our amazing sales representative Mark Chapman (truly the best in the business!), to our client liaison Sam and site manager John. Communication was excellent throughout the process; every question was answered promptly, never taking more than 48 hours. Our friends were amazed at how quickly our home was built, and even our independent inspector was impressed with the quality and attention to detail. Would we recommend Mark Chapman and Homebuyers Centre? Absolutely, 100%! Building with HBC was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.

My experience with my consultant, Uliana Muscara, has been absolutely amazing. It’s been a true pleasure working with her, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. She went above and beyond to make our first home build manageable, clear, and hassle-free. I was always able to reach out with any questions, big or small, and she was more than happy to assist.

Where to start... well we don't even have a slab yet! We bought the land in June 2024. Issues from the beggining with: -Incompetent broker (at home buyers) where our settlement was nearly jeopardized. Sorry to say but he was disorganised multiple times. I managed to catch the final error, 2 days before hand or our settlement would of been delayed... - 3 title delays.. - land potentially not having power and being told we would have to pay for a generator if electricity was not connected by the time the slab was done.. - NOW - 2 building permit refusals because people in your business can't do there job properly. They do this stuff everyday and many have probably been to Uni. You would think getting all points correct before submission of something so important would be the right procedure. Im so angry at the lack of attention to detail and customer care. This is our first build and with all these set backs it is affecting us, as we are renting but you builders don't give a dam as long as you get your money. We went with you because you were meant to be the better compared to the others, my family recommended you. I think it was a massive mistake and we are devastated with the whole process as far. Bad for Dale Alcock's reputation. GET US OUR BUILDING PERMIT AND BUILD OUR HOUSE, THAT IS WHAT WE HAVE PAID YOU TO DO! OR WE WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER. I WILL GO TO THE MEDIA, A LAWYER, OMBUDSMAN AND I HAVE ALREADY EMAILED THE LOCAL MP. DO YOUR JOB! I will say one good point …, who is Manager communicating with me is polite and bubbly. But this makes no difference if the job is not getting complete. We have a right to be angry and upset, the people who keep messing up need to take accountability and do the job right the first time.

5/5 stars for the process so far! Uli has explained everything and helped me get into the tough market. She has been super helpful and thorough with the process so far. Couldn’t recommend enough!

My partner and I are building through Homebuyers Centre and we have had an amazing experience with our consultant Breanna Awa-Wilkinson! She is extremely professional, kind and patient with us. She answers all of our questions (and as first home buyers/builders there’s a lot!) and takes time to carefully explain things in a way that makes sense to us and has even supported us through some stressful periods! My partner and I are in the pre-construction stage with Homebuyers, and as first-time builders we honestly didn’t know what to expect. We’ve had a lot of questions along the way, and Breanna has been fantastic to deal with. She’s always patient, takes the time to explain things properly, and makes sure we understand each step before moving forward. What could have felt overwhelming has actually been a really positive experience thanks to her guidance. She’s been approachable, professional, and genuinely supportive, which has made us feel a lot more confident and excited about the process. We’re really happy with how everything has gone so far, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Homebuyers.
