Their passion for building is in their blood, inheriting it through two generations of family builders, and with over 50 years of combined experience in the building industry, Paul Ackling and Steve Gibson's vision for Peninsula Homes became a reality in 2009. This vision was simple: to design and build beautiful, environmentally efficient and individual homes on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Both Paul and Steve have worked together for over 25 years and share the same personal values. They have a genuine commitment to each and every project and to their clients. So strong are the relationships that are built with clients and contractors that over 80% of their business comes from referrals. To date, they have over 45 satisfied clients enjoying living in their homes built by Peninsula Homes. They are supported by dedicated office staff in their centrally located office in Warriewood and qualified carpenters on site. Their core group of suppliers and tradespeople complete this business with the same eye for detail and can-do attitude that is shared by the Peninsula Homes team.
