"It all started with my water heater exploding on a Saturday night at 6pm, hot water gushing from a 7 year old Water heater. I had a 4 week old baby and a recovering wife at home, so I needed immediate assistance. I turned off the water at the mains and called a few local plumbers, and mid-call logged a job via OneFlare. East Coast Plumbers were the first to respond and provide helpful advice and guided me on the next steps. They came in on the following Monday morning and had it all fixed by 10am. Only issue I had was that I didn't get an invoice for the job. So the price and bill of material of what was completed was a bit vague. Fantastic turnaround and resolution, but a bit on the pricey side."

Job had to be redone

Had an emergency job and needed a plumber. Came out didnt muck around had a camera that could see through my wall so they knew exactly where to cut open. They were like surgeons, was worried a little about the price but for what they had to do I was pleasantly surprised!
