About Patioland Sydney
Our History Founded in 1986 by Peter and Ann Doughan, Sydney's Patioland started as a small venture designing and building patio enclosures and pergolas in their family garage. Initially, the team consisted of just two employees. By early 1989, the growing demand led Patioland to relocate to a rented factory on Bearing Rd, Seven Hills. The company's continuous expansion necessitated another move in 1992 to a newly purchased factory on Vardys Rd, Marayong, where Patioland operated for 10 years. With the business flourishing, a larger factory at 41 Third Avenue, Blacktown became Patioland's new home. Today, Patioland employs 15 full-time staff, specializing in pergolas, decks and patios, opening roofs, insulated roofing, custom awnings, timber decking, and carports.
