Kalamunda Roof Restorers has just completed a restoration on my extremely old roof. My home was built in 1927 and I don't think the tiles have been cleaned at all over that period. I am more than happy with the job done, it honestly looks like a brand new roof and has given the old place a marvellous facelift. The tiles were very brittle and colonies of wasps were very happy over the years making their home under the tiles and ridge caps! Matthew was frequently chased by angry wasps but it never deterred him and he was still smiling at the completion of the job! I was so impressed with the professionalism and quality of workmanship. All the guys were sincere, reliable and honest with a very friendly disposition. I always had confidence in their abilities where my roof was concerned. I found Kalamunda Roof Restorers on their webpage and after reading the positive reviews I decided to ask them to quote on repairing the white ant damage to my rafters and sagging roof. I’m so glad I did. Right from the first Anthony always arrived when arranged and kept me up to date with progress. He messaged me to let me know when his staff would be coming and what work they would do. Anthony and his team - Phil, Shaun and Dan were extremely professional and worked really hard to complete the work on schedule and before the impending August rain! Anthony communicated with us continuously and he and his team always arrived on time. Each stage of the re-roofing was compled exactly as Anthony had outlined in the original quote. The end result was the wonderful transformation of our old house with the new colorbond roof matching the window frames and fencing. I contacted Anthony asking for help. My roof was leaking and had been leaking since my home was built 7 years earlier. I had a huge file of evidence to say the tile design was flawed. The tile company would not listen to me. Anthony came to my home and showed the tile company what the problem was. Anthony was able to add weight to my argument with his expertise; he was able to speak the lingo of the industry. Anthony was able to quickly point out the issues and give his professional opinion. Anthony spent over 2 hours in discussions about my flawed roof tiles and in the end the company replaced my entire roof at no costs. I could not be more thankful and appreciative of Anthony’s time. I asked 3 companies for quotes to do a full roof restoration. KRR responded within 2 days, with a rough quote and followed up with a site visit 2 days later. Meanwhile one of the other companies responded after 5 days and the other never responded at all. It was obvious that Anthony was professional, keen to give the right service and above all treating each quote with his personal attention.
