Mr Antenna

My experience from initial phone call to the technician coming out was superb. I was provided with relevant SMS confirmation and time of arrival on the day. The technician James was punctual, informative and undertook relevant diagnostics. Due to our location James recommended a viable internet solution as he could not guarantee a standard antenna would 100% fix our problem.

Made a booking on Friday with a very helpful receptionist. The technician arrived on Monday to remove our 10 metre roof antenna. The technician was timely, professional, and a good communicator. Well priced for such a daunting task. Highly recommended.

No show for scheduled time slot of 12-1. Rang half hour after the time slot to check if service was to still go ahead. Operator checked system and advised that the appointment was cancelled. Poor customer service.

Stuart was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with the advice I was given, and felt the options suggested were the best for my needs.

Made a booking for Saturday between 10-11am. Receive a call at 10:15 that they need to cancel due to illness. I understand illness can happen. But more adequate notice could have been given. The next possible slot is now a week later. I have moved day around to accomodate them to no avail. It is extremely frustrating and a touch annoying.

A few hiccups at the beginning of the job, but once directed to the right channels everything got sorted properly and professionally

Did technician was polite, courteous knowledgeable professional, courteous well presented had excellent communication skills explained the job at task should be used promotional videos as to what a technician should aspired be.

John mounted my 42 inch TV onto a plasterboard wall with metal studs today. He was fantastic - called to discuss my needs and we agreed the bracket that would be best for the job, then he sourced the bracket and came bang on time. Cheery and professional, we made a few decisions about locating the mount and then he took about an hour all up. Very tidy job. Also very happy with the booking service and communications from Mr Antenna. I’ve used Mr Antenna on a few different jobs and have always been pleased with their people and service. Thanks John!
