How disappointed we were. Received the quote, signed the contract, paid the deposit and 18 days later they advised us that the quote was wrong and we had to pay an extra $1400 otherwise they would cancel the contract. Apology meant nothing. Now we start again 3 weeks later

Even though we were off to a slow start (lost email), once we got going everything from design to implementation went like clockwork. We had no worries as they organised everything from demolition to the necessary paperwork to completion. The workmen were friendly & very pleasant to deal with & always left the area clean & tidy at the end of the day. SO refreshing to have such good tradespeople. We are very happy with our new outdoor area which we will be able to use almost all year round.

We recently had the pleasure of working with MyLiving Outdoors after hiring them to build a large carport and from start to finish the experience was outstanding. It all began with Bradley, who came to our house and provided the initial quote. His knowledge was incredibly impressive, and he explained everything clearly while being friendly and approachable. Bradley really set the tone for the high level of service we would go on to receive from MyLiving Outdoors. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we unfortunately had to postpone the commencement of our project for at least 6 months, which we communicated to MyLiving Outdoors. They were extremely understanding and accommodating and at no point did they place any pressure on us to proceed before we were ready. When we were finally able to get the ball rolling again, Vicki kept us informed throughout the scheduling of each stage of the project and the timing was exactly as outlined. Our carport was then built over 4 days by Trevor and Michel. Their high level of expertise was evident throughout the entire process as they worked efficiently while keeping the site neat and tidy at all times. The workmanship of the final product is truly outstanding, our carport looks even better than we could have ever envisioned and we couldn’t be happier. Overall, MyLiving Outdoors provided a level of service that is rare to find these days. We cannot recommend them highly enough. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would.

Great service from start to finish. Quality product delivered by a very courteous and professional team. The finished product was to a very high standard. The installation team ensured the site was clean and tidy at the end of each day. I would absolutely recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again !

The whole My Living Outdoors project went without a hitch, the staff were friendly and the project was completed as promised and planned. The installers Jai and Chris did a professional job, cleaned up after themselves and were genuinely nice guys.

The team made the process easy. Expectations were clearly set at the beginning of the project, and our final product was delivered within the expected time frame. We were kept informed of progress every step of the way. It looks fabulous, and our design requirements have been met. This is going to transform how we live in and use our backyard, and we can't wait to make our own final additions and 'move in'.
