Mitch installed our RINNAI Infinity 26 Touch Hot Water System to my total satisfaction. His work was of high quality, neat and systematic. He patiently answered to the multitude of my questions and, after completion of the work, courteously explained to me the dos and don'ts of the system, so as to get the best out of it. Our 25 year old Brivis heating unit was making some terrible sounds. I called up Ozwarm (amongst other companies) and was very impressed by Georgia’s manner on the phone and her extensive knowledge of our options. We had Nathan and Charlie come out on my requested day and for two young chaps, their professionalism and understanding was exceptional. They gave us a thorough run down of our options and did not push us towards the most expensive or any particular brand. In the end we chose to replace our system for a more efficient Braemar. Nathan and his colleague returned within a few days and once again we were very impressed with their professionalism, work ethic and attention to detail. They even sealed up some cracked tiling for us while up on the roof. Nathan is a true gentleman whom I would recommend to anyone who wants good quality reliable service.
