Reliance Roof Restoration

I had a 60 year old roof. Leaking in a few spots every time it rained. The guy's fitted me in and completed a good job.

These guys have done an excellent job on restoring and painting our roof. I highly recommend them.

They were great with keeping me informed with the changes to dates due to weather. Even when they were working the contractors found other issues that they didn't pick up immediately and fixed them up without any hassle. The workers were respectful not only to me, but also my neighbours when they had to spray they did a curtsy call to my neighbours to inform them. Overall, I am happy with the end product. Haven't had any leaks and the roof looks brand new.

had roof restored 4 yrs ago ,now paint has streaking through it and tips of tiles have no paint just original color(red) tried contacting reliance and they didn't want to know said employee who dealt with us dosn't work for them any more,they said contact Qbcc they will take care,contacted Qbcc they say write email to reliance with copy of receipt, so we did that and have been ghosted by reliance ,Qbcc said to us that there Qbcc number that they were using is no longer valid

Sent two unprofessional workers to repoint one area of the house. One guy left debris and concrete in our gutter. When we got contractors out to figure out why there is water in our eaves on that side of the house, they pulled half a bag of concrete and debris out which was blocking water flow into our storm water down pipes. Caused damage to our eaves and newly painted woodwork. His contractor also jumped our fence and came into our property without permission. No phone call letting us know when he was coming. Insane experience

Very happy with the finished project. After a hail storm my insurance company assessed my roof as having 3 broken tiles and that, because new replacements are unavailable those tiles could only be repaired and no warranty would be given. My house/roof is 30 years old and I had a pile of tiles on my premises. Reliance were able to acquire more tiles a total of about 17 in all. The damaged tiles were replaced, whole roof cleaned resealed and painted within a week. I could not be happier with the effort that went into doing a great job.

It may cost more than other roof restoration businesses, but it is well worth it. $0.00 up front and nothing to pay untill 100% satisfied. Our property was left clean and tidy after the work was completed. Our roof looks outstanding and due to the quality of the product will continue to do so way after the 10 year warranty expired, thanks Rhett, Justin, Antonella and team. The roof restore was such an easy process. From the first call to the final call from Justin. The team that did the work were the friendliest guys. They did an amazing job from the start to the finished product. And the product is great. The roof looks amazing and I am sure it will look great for years to come. Once again the team from start to finish treated us brilliantly and I highly recommend the whole process.
