Solar Miner

Excellent customer service was provided until the offer and payment were done. After that solar mine is the worst service dealing with life. System was installed on 4/April/2025 up to now, nothing has been exported to the grid. I have made a lot of emails and calls, but nothing has been done to solve the issue. Today I have made a formal complaint to new energy tech consumer code and tomorrow i am going to make a complaint to Consumer Affairs to intervene in the issue. Staff don't have proper knowledge, even basic electric safety. if you want to waste money and keep the garbage system in your roof, pls go ahead

Ordered batteries in December, took weeks to get response regarding installation then they were unable to install as per sales mans advice. Batteries sat in garage for 6 months before being collected and now refuse to give refund after over 1 month of chasing it. Exactly the sort of solar company people advise you to steer clear of, now involving solicitors. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

Malcolm demonstrated a high level of proficiency and patience in resolving a complex issue with my wifi connection. He has gone above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend him to future customers as he is an asset to Solar Miner.

We purchased solar panels and then later we purchased a battery from Solar Miner. It is easy to judge a company when things work well but the most important is when a product does not work as expected how the company responds. We had an issue with the solar battery and Malcom from the Solar Miner team supported us. After investigating the issue Malcom did an excellent service job liaising with the manufacturer and arranged a replacement battery. Well done to Solar Miner team for their installation (done quickly), communication throughout the installation and during period we were experiencing issues with the battery. Definitely recommend Solar Miner for their products and support.
