They are a terrible company. As soon as they got my deposit in December 2025, they went silent. Can't talk to anyone as you go to a messaging service. They are dishonest and unprofessional. They've still got my money and won't communicate.

Cr#p install. Incompetent and shocking quality of install on March 30. Cr#p resolution with Solar Power Nation MIA. Turns out no install insurance is in place, installer not accredited, no pre install approval by energy provider, non compliance issues with install, unapproved system design changes, etc. There are 7 NCAT cases pending. Expelled from NETCC Dec 15 ( link is NETCC | New Energy Tech Approved Sellers | Compliance activity). You'd be best to look elsewhere and save yourself grief.

Communicating with the company beforehand was clunky and slow. However, once the process was underway it was very fast, easy and the installation team were great. The battery is excellent, and working exactly as we wanted.

Team Solar Power Nation made the whole process very easy with fast turn around and installation. Through out quotation, installation, permissions process Rony and Sarah kept us posted. Even after installation Sarah follow up to check the experience, workmanship and help with the app, was nice of her. Highly recommended

DO NOT GO WITH THESE CLOWNS!!!! They are an absolute joke!!! We sorted out a quote for a battery for our solar set up, paid the deposit and they just stuffed us around for a month! They never planned on making the effort to complete the job they’re clearly lazy and very incompetent. Please don’t waste your money on these id*ots. Go elsewhere

Batteries installed (x 4 total 38kw) in Feb 2026 after ordering in Oct 2025, I held off doing this review as I am still trying to resolve the connection to the batteries, at battery install it was supposed to include moving the Hot Water Control load to General Circuit, was told it would be done then since getting the Neovolt battery app I discovered that the CL was not changed over and I am still trying to get a resolution because I am still paying energy for the CL (shown on my energy providers app and billing) and when the CL is operating it is drawing from the battery yet it is presently supposed to be in its own circuit so somewhere the wiring at battery installation must be incorrect as the CL should not show in the app if they did not change it to general circuit, I am dealing with one email/person and continue getting standard responses even asking for escalation I get another email an no response from that person, It almost seems I am dealing with AI responses and still received no outcome in additional to still paying for the CL hot water consumption and drawing from the battery at the same time? Next step will be the Ombudsman Office if this can not be resolved. Sadly I used this same provider two years prior for solar panel installs in a previous property, that was a great service, however since this experience, it has been disappointing.

Never use Solar Power Nation! Firstly, they told us they could do blackout protection. Then, after signing up, it transpired they couldn't. Secondly, the quote was not itemised, so it was difficult to agree on the new cost after being told that there were things in the original quote that would not be done. Thirdly, they did not do the work when they said they would, finally installing the battery several weeks after the agreed date.Despite telling them that it was difficult for us to be present at the address, they put us off not once, not twice but THREE times, always at the last moment. One of those times, they flat out LIED to us, telling us that they wouldn't be turning up because of rain. We found out later that it was because they had taken on two other jobs that day.( Apparently, the rain didn't stop them from doing those jobs!!) When they actually tried to put us off a FOURTH time, we told them they could keep their battery, whereupon they suddenly found they COULD turn up that day after all! When the installation was finally complete,they billed us multiple times for the work they had not done, ignoring all of our many, many phone calls and emails. Having said that, the installers were professional and pleasant, but the sales staff were rude, uninformed and dishonest.

I booked in an install on 24th of December with install date being 26 Jan. I believe had provided everything within a week was asked to provide a bill and photo in march provided within two days. It is now April no battery install about 4 actual communications during this time. 1 text and three times talking to the original sales consultant post sale. Facebook messages emails and phones calls all state we will get back to you shortly. Was hoping for cheap and cheerful but didn't get anything other than time spent on the phone.
