I have serious issue regarding the Solar Battery system I purchased from your company with [Name Removed]. I had informed you that my electrical system uses a 3-phase inverter, but now I came to understand that I was sold a 1-phase inverter instead with out my knowledge. Due to this mismatch, the electrical system in my house is not compatible with the battery and inverter. Since the installation of the solar battery, I have noticed that my house is pulling significantly more electricity from the grid than before, which is contrary to the expected behavior of using electricity from the battery. Consequently, my electricity bills have increased. I have tried to reach your company multiple times via phone calls to [Name Removed] and have sent several emails, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication is very concerning and very frustrating for me. I will be taking this matter to Fairtrading. Hi all, if you all have issues with this company lets work together and make this company accountable.

We have had almost exactly same experience as Sultan khan and are also waiting on fair trading as solar world is not getting back to us we have brandnew installation completely non functional. I don’t know if it’s the contractor now …we had Solax inverter installed and electrician claims is faulty. He left our electrical box a mess. Safety switch kept turning off automatically. In the first few minutes after installation it was alarming. We just want to know if it is in fact a faulty inverter or poor workmanship. At the rate ppl are now reporting issues huge issues solar world should cease trading!! We had pool installed we paid for this to reduce our electricity costs so solar world can expect I will be chasing compensation in addition to repairs

I purchased a 14.25kW solar system Jinko panels from Solar World in February 2024, with a 15kW Sungrow inverter. However, the system has only been generating around 30kWh per day, which already seemed far below expectations for that size. When I contacted Solar World to confirm the system details in their records, I was shocked to be told that my system is only 10kW. This is a serious discrepancy I paid for a 14.25kW system but appear to have been installed a much smaller one. Based on my experience, I feel misled and would strongly caution others to verify exactly what is being installed. They frequently promote their services at Parklea Markets near Gate 7, but I would not recommend dealing with them.

The Team is quick to install. Asif is quick to request payment. But work is not completed yet and now impossible to get them back to complete the task. Makes you question how post-sale support will be.
