Booked in a Facebook $220 “Duct Cleaning Service Special”. [Name Removed] turned up in a vehicle that had no signage on it. He suggested a number of issues needed to be addressed including pest control of wasps around the air conditioner. Total cost $3000.00. I explained the property is a rental and I simply couldn’t afford $3000.00. He offered to do the cleaning of the heating & cooling vents, clean the return, sanitiser, a new filter serviced the heating unit which cost me $1,000.00. I had a seperate pest control provider come to inspect and they advised no wasp nest and no evidence of one.

Terrible Experience – Stay Away! This company damaged my air conditioner and refused to take responsibility. Instead of addressing the issue, they first asked me to remove my review and later threatened me to do so. Fortunately, I have all our conversations saved as screenshots. Their lack of professionalism and accountability has left me no choice but to take legal action through consumer court. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. If you want reliable and professional service, look elsewhere and save yourself the hassle!

The professional was skilled and well experienced. He knew what he was doing. Arrived on time and the work was prompt and targeted the issue mentioned.

David was punctual on appointment and gave given a good overview of his work he is going to perform. During the whole cleaning he was through and meticulous.I have already booked him for couple of our friends houses .I can see our heating works better and feel the difference in air freshness.Yes I highly recommend him
